We hold regular staff training, including sales training and operators training. Sales training is related to CRM (customer relationship management), as well as information on our products——kitchen stainless steel sink, kitchen storage solutions, and kitchen faucets. Training in regards to daily operation includes safety training on how to operate safely which can reduce risks during machine operation and handling, as well as drills in case of natural disasters. We believe that these training courses are essential in terms of an enterprise's consistent development. 

Before the COVID-19 pandemic, we usually held our training in a hotel in Zhongshan City. Due to restriction posted by the global pandemic, we postponed all national offline sales training courses but our online sales courses are on air and in-site safety training are still in place.
